  • No, it can not to measure colonies in the area nearby the periphery of petri dish automatically.
    You must set the measurement area inside the part where the culture medium became higher at the periphery of the petri dish.
    However, the number of colonies in the measurement area can be converted into the total number of colonies in the entire petri dish.
