The rotating tables on the left and right side rotate synchronously to prevent missetting and mishandling of the petri dish.
Multiple samples can be continuously and automatically measured based on specific measurement conditions. Measurement speed is 100 dishes per hour. In addition, by attaching QR codes to the lid of each petri dish, it enables to automatically input sample names, lot information, measurement information, etc. Even when a QR code is not used, sample names, lot information, and measurement conditions can be easily entered with the input assist function or the continuous copy function.
Opening and closing of petri dish lid is automated. By removing the petri dish lid, high-precision measurement is possible even when there is dew condensation, print marks, label, etc on the lid.
Even if there are print marks on the dish part of the petri dish, they can be erased by lighting method, realizing highly accurate measurement.
It is able to can set the upper and lower limits of the number of colonies to be allowed for each measurement condition. This allows you to quickly check NG samples. You can also save sample original and result images for review and remeasurement.
You can save data to a storage device on the network. You can also check remote data over the network. During measurement, you can check the measured results.
A colony counter equipped with a camera with 3 to 20 mega pixels can be selectable as the measurement unit according to the sample. The PSF series is equipped with an advanced image processing function that satisfies the highest precision colony counting function. By registering measurement conditions in advance, measurement can be performed on any petri dish under any measurement conditions.
