◆ Manual Correction

After automatic measurement, it is possible to do manual correction. Manual correction in PSF series has three functions, add false-negative colonies, delete false-positive colonies, and except an area for count.

Large expanded colonies, enclosed in the blue enclosed area, were excluded from measurement by the area deletion function. The CFU is calculated from the part that can be accurately counted.
